Rajendra Pratap Shahi Memorial Little Flower Children’s School is a registered autonomous society under Rajendra Pratap Shahi Social & Educational Development Society, governed by a Board of Memebers who appoint an Executive Committee Director to manage the day-to-day affairs of the School.
The Director is authorized and responsible for implementing of all the decisions of the Board of Members either directly or through the various committees, this includes fulfilling the Aims & Objectives, Rules & Regulations and Administration of all Activities and Projects of the Scoiety.
The Director, is assisted by a team of trained and experienced personnel who consist of Mother Teachers for primary classes, Headmistresses, teaching and non-teaching staff; the Accounts Officer and the administrative staff.
