This department is run by professionally trained Social workers lead by Director Sir and if a cause if deemed fit then the children are requested to be part of it in our own little way. However, we have also designated a set of staff as Child Welfare Coordinators in view of the nature of their added work who co-ordinates various inputs required for the counselling and development of each and every child based on the casual and official parent-teacher meet. This includes interacting with the child, mother teachers, other class teachers such that they can be understood better by the family/guardian and live a better quality and self-reliant life later on in their journey of life.
